Hey everyone, the conference listed over 40 countries present, congressional congressmen and senators, and billionaires (netflix co-founder set the bar at 151 billion). Sitting next to me is Money2013 and wife, on the other side is Mr. Bignitz(CEO), Dr. Hirsch(Chairman), and Mr. Dagan(CFO). Felt like I was in church...

If all could have heard the other presentations on biopharma and medical marijuana stocks, you would have felt the same peace that I, Farmer, and Money2013 felt - that of being affiliated with a world class tightly run pharmaceutical company with a game plan/timeline we are seeing played out within the next coupla years. The delivery, for those who have listened to the audio feed by Money2013, was organized, controlled, educational, and to- the-point. No promises made without proper research and follow-up evals, adherence to IRB and FDA guidlines, and protection from all sides with proper IP documentation.

In conversation with Dr Hirsch I asked about TSX listing: no definitive answer given except when the requirements are met they will consider. That being said, he countered with "uplisting" and meeting the requirements. He also mentioned that uplisting may create more benefits to the overall stock and shareholder base. Someone on this board mentioned current scare tactics on being listed with TSX would cause problems for that company to do business in the US. In time as US states accept Medical Marijuana, this will go away and may only pertain to recreational MJ.

There are now 9 families and 32 patents filed: 2 of these families pertain to multiple myeloma. Asked why no approvals except Australian - it takes about 2 years before files are reviewed, then sent back for more info, or corrections, then refiled which is another time delay of up to 2 plus years - ultimately it may be 10 years before approval. That said, after approval then our IP counsel can go back to day 1 of filing and file infringements for our company's best interest.

Why only 26 in the safety study: Safety is just that - healthy humans are used with no psoriasis, diseases, pregnancies... and over a 3 week timeframe per person administered creams with various dosages and clinically measured for reactions. The 26 are not all done at once in a doctors office - this can take up to 3 months just to get these 26 in for that 3 week trial period. The phase 1 and 2 trials involve patients that exhibit psoriasis, or other skin malignancies the trials hope to measure/evaluate. When an approved "study" participant has a personal issue, a qualified replacement must be found and entered within the protocals suggested.

The timeline is spread out almost 3 years: I takes time to run safety + clinical trials, analyze data, hash out inconsistencies, make new protocals and in the end result in data and creams/pills/sprays/treatment plans that are consistent with OWC philosophies "to create a world-class biopharmaceutical company". Dr. Hirsh did not suggest any urgency for a JV at this time. I would suggest they are creating demand for a coupla these projects with data from pre-clinicals and safety trials. They are funded through this year.

It looks like the Multiple Myeloma is the last of the pipeline: It will also be the most costly as cancer studies, per Dr Hirsch, can take up to 15 years. This may be our JV project - who knows?

The addition of Dr Yacoby-Zeevi brings great wealth of knowledge on patent-filing. Also per Mr. Bignitz, allowed the upper management to shift job titles/functions/responsibilities around in preparation for "possible" interferences with previous accusations surrounding Dr Baruch. We may know more about this in 2nd or 3rd quarter...

The only comment I got from Mr Dagan (CFO) was what my average share price was. Hey, I'm in for more than a year, and with these drops in share price now have an average around .47!!

All said, I enjoyed the conference, learned alot, met alot of serious folks, and continue to raise more questions. And yes, with patience, OWCP will be my retirement, maybe even get me some hair grafts!!
