You know, if I didnt know any better I would say the share price is being held below the offer price on purpose. Maybe the tutes that were in mbrx prior felt cheated...so theyre trying to keep the share price down to make the 'offer' less palatable. Just sayin...maybe fund managers are moody about their investments like us retail folksmile
