Based upon conversations with corporate officers, directors and control persons, none
have been involved in any promotional activities. Mr. Torno also reports that his above
mentioned consulting firm has also not been involved in any promotional activities. Further, the
corporate officers, directors, control persons and Mr. Torno’s consulting firm have not engaged
a promoter, finder, consultant or other advisor in connection to any promotional activities or
campaigns.
