It went down because the dividend was lowered to 1.00 a quarter for 2018. The one coming up on March 5th is 1.44. They gave guidance for the next four of 1.00 a quarter. This is way over reaction but I did the same as you today!


I added 50% to my share count this AM at $38.35.
