An owcp rep alerted me about the legality's of what could happen if they were to get listed on the TSX. The rep also said how important the California market is to them and they weren't willing to back away from that market, just so they could cross list. My opionion comes in that it's on hold until Canada gets that issue resolved. The Rep said more then once, " it's complicated with our short term and longterm vision of selling our products in the US."
