Agreed, The ones who blindly call this "more delays" are not thinking clearly. The plaintiffs need this extra time (they requested) to best utilize those thousands of discovery documents in order to put forth the best possible arguments. I believe these documents could hold the key to our future.

These are the stockholders that have the resources and courage to file the lawsuits. If they need additional time to file amended complaints after discovery, we should be grateful to Judge Sweeney for granting the extensions.
