FACT. Sauer Energy (SENY) is scheduled to be delisted.

"I can confirm Sauer Energy, Inc. (SENY) became deficient under our OTCQB Standards with respect to its closing bid price on December 18, 2017. Per those standards, the company has 90 days to cure its deficiency before it would be removed from this market. Please also note that in the event the company's closing bid price falls below $.001 at any time for five consecutive trading days, the company will be immediately removed from OTCQB."

FACT: Sauer Energy has zero employees and consists of a husband and wife with no technical background and no experience running a public company.

FACT: Sauer Energy is deficient in multiple required SEC filings including 8-Ks and the filing of Form 3s and Form 4s to reflect insider stock transactions.
