Very good letter to shareholders. Where was this published?



The question is WHEN was it published. It was from 2015. SENY is a dead stock that is under manipulation right now. The company ran out of money with no means to raise more. They failed to meet the minimum bid rule last year and are being delisted from the OTCQB next month. They are trying to dump now before the grace period runs out.
