Specifically, my questions are in regards to patents that are/were being held as collateral by "Hudson Bay Master Fund LTD." Via the "Intellectual Property Security Agreements dated June 13, 2016. Have these patents been released back to Delcath Systems as per the latest company filings regarding issuance of the 123M shares and $800,000 paid to the noteholders? When can an updated memo be expected to be sent to USPTO in regards to reassigning interest back to Delcath?

Per our 8K filing with the SEC on January 26, 2018 (http://delcath.com/sec-filings/) there is no longer any security interest in any of our assets associated with the notes. The appropriate filings for the patents you mentioned are in process.
