A legitimate company that has massive reported losses, tons of debt, zero revenue, zero proven or probable resources, zero unencumbered assets, that defaulted on the only active (supposedly) project they had Ruby Mine which was taken by receivership, has zero staff and hasn’t filed quarterlies or year ends since 2015. Even the illustrious CEO gave up milking this scam cow years ago.
