from what we know the following is the current position:

DHL - using WKHS truck with Gas Range extender (BMW)
FedEx - in DoE pilot with PLUG using Fuel cell "range extender" ( battery is actually quite small so really fuel cell powered)
USPS - in trials using BMW range extender (I think but may be fuel cell in a few?? anyone know for sure?)
UPS - now starting new trial but not sure of actual power source.

SureFly copter - going to be spun off once launched (ha Ha Ha)

Horsefly delivery drone testing with FedEx and USPS? Anyone know for sure?
