Steve, my reasoning of why a licensing deal is still coming is that a licensing deal will not necessarily get the shorts off the share price. The shorts need shares. Plus, ADXS clearly need a distribution deal for the EU. Lombo may be saying to the BP that we have enough cash to make it through EMA. If you wait until after approval the price is going way up.
