"I haven't heard of an instance when NNVC tried to raise money and failed. "

1) In previous company filings, including the most recent one, they've included this statement:

"The Company has engaged investment banks to advise it as to raising further funding as the Company progresses towards human clinical trials."

Ergo, the company has repeatedly said over the last year or two they've engaged investment banks to advise them on fund raising. Yet they have not managed to raise funds during this time.

Does this not indicate that NNVC has been trying to raise additional funds, but has so far failed?



2) Diwan was reported to have said this at the last annual meeting:

"They had a financing deal in the works for $125 M (??) that fell through!!"

If this statement was accurately reported, would this be an instance of the company having tried to raise money and failing?
