It appears so. They were very close to having the 20k deployed to a customer, if they had worked out a smaller up from payment as opposed to no upfront payment, maybe they would hav had a chance.

Sad, the product had potential, but a company needs someone at the helm that not only understands their product, but understands business/sales as well.
