Cease trade order still applies to USMJ

Effective May 27, 2015, Algae International Group, Inc. changed its name to North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc.

¶ 5 North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.

¶ 6 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Algae International Group, Inc. to North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc.
