Why Agrimed that own a licence to grow and process weed,  that will generate 10's of million dollars, partnered with an empty shell ?? And put the owner of that shell on a seat in there conference room ??? Theres other established companies that are already producing CBD patches but still they want UNVC ?....

I think the answer is why I invested here.. .we will have our day UNVC'ers the reward will be awesome, with or without the merger we are going to make money!!!
