For what it's worth, most of us don't know the OTC trading all that well or requirements.

If a company puts out ANYTHING that is the least bit "Pumpy" while late on SEC filings, the SEC will not hesitate to halt trading on that stock.

I'm sure Steve Squires knows this and I assume most of us here do not.

Also, when are strategic "opportunities" ever negative things?

When was the last time you heard "watch out for those opportunities, they're dangerous?"
