good question.

I am in but sold some in a taxable account. I have a lot of basis up at 1.45-2. been averaging down but Mac burned me at .47 when i thought I was averaging down more.

been buying in the .30 which I saw as a very nice bottom, that was until the 3rd delay announcement.

Given the delay is almost 100% more raises will be needed. If you have the money to average down over the next year and chase the dilution then anyone who can do that should make out well.

I do feel like positive announcements will jump start the stock but i feel they are 8 months off. In that time I expect price to slide. Dilution either here or after the r/s will hurt price and give a good opportunity. That being said you and many other investors could do more with the money over the next 6-10 months since a lot are at a loss or see that funding is needed yet again.

Slippery slope. If you have a lot of money then buying all the dips and chasing the r/s and dilution is the smart move if you are a long
