I don't know when it will be but at some point someone will dump shares and the price will move back under $1.

If you have a million shares at 50 cents, even selling at 60 cents is a 20% profit. $100k is serious cash profit. Also some people have lots of shares for even less that come free.

But if someone sells before you then you are out of luck. Discipline always breaks down on these types of deals as someone will need "their" money out and starts to sell.

Anyone who actually looks at the company and what has will not pay much for this stock.

Market Cap is still $350m and that is very high for a OTC stock with a lot of risk in the business model as well as all the red flags that this may just be a scam.

I know I think this is a fraud and a scam like PRED's management has done in the past. There seem to be a few people on here that disagree with this but most of the opposing view are long-time supporters of various Merle/Kaiser deals and they are just talking up their own positions.
