and where is the scam? If they have done what every other pinks has done then what is the issue? Cant be illegal if they let every other pink do what ever you think they are doing. Simple fact is this board use to be about a group of people helping each other do DD and learn more about the company. Now most of the people here know very little about the company and havnt even held one of their products in their hands. I had to put a post up that showed all the videos and pictures of actual products because some here were not even aware of the companys other websites or video! Most of the people here havnt even bothered to buy the companys fist product they released a few months ago! Heck, a few havnt even read the press releases or shareholder letters! How could you possibly know what the the company does, is doing or is planning to do!?
I have been around for 5 years and have done a lot of DD but that doesnt help when you dont even understand the basics of a business or the fundamentals of trading. There are folks here relying solely on trend trade algorithms and using wallstreet overlays on a pink for pete sake! NYSE/NASDAQ strategies dont work down here.You need more historicals that most companies dont have in the pinks. You need companies better capitalized which you dont have down here and you need better educated investors which....
The fact is that many here are upset because they jumped in for a quick flip and it didnt work. Thats lazy and thats not the companys fault or our fault. If everyone would have done their DD they would have realized the company is in the middle of undergoing a significant change. Probably not the best time to get in for a short run and quick profit of 1/10 of a penny. Small thinking.
Stop all the complaining and pointing fingers. If you are not part of the solution then you are just part of the problem. I have said it before and I will say it again; we should be helping each other not coming up with ridiculous conspiracy theories and speculation based upon lazy to NO DD.
The company after 5 years has finally started delivering products and plans on delivering more products within the same line and division. They have signed agreements with other companies to manufacture products using technology they developed and have been in near constant contact with the investors via videos, shareholder letters, and press releases averaging more than 1 a month over the past 4 or 5 months. They just started selling on Amazon a week ago! I could go on but I am not going to do all the work for you.
The point is now is not the time to be complaining and crying scam. Where were you 4 years ago? You missed your window on the complaining. Company hasnt diluted anything. They raised the authorized and we all knew this was coming. Why would you buy the stock if you knew this? As an FYI, we have traded over 700M shares this week and for those who think that was all new "dilution", you might want to stop trading immediately because with an AS of a 1B from 600M its NOT possible! Even with simple math!
Volume begets volume always has and always will. The MM's are playing with all of us and they are taking advantage of the exemption the company just used to pay debt. It will come to an end soon enough and when it does I suspect thats when the announcements will begin. Plain and simple. No mysteries, no conspiracies no unfounded speculation; just the fundamentals and experience.
If you are new to trading then this ticker is NOT for you. They are employing some pretty sophisticated techniques to up-list and its painfully apparent that most here dont understand the strategies they are using or even the company itself. JMO
