"new energy" is a translation error, like "new porwer". The Chinese characters are identical, look at 3rd picture I posted of LinkedIn linking ZJMY and the "new energy. Co". Same exact thing. So to answer your question, no, there is no chance of it not being the same. I personally have verified through multiple sources and months ago. Wouldn't be here if I thought this was a flag.
