Alpha didn't have any OPXS shares in Sept 2008 to sell because the shares weren't yet issued as far as I know since Sustut hadn't yet finalized, but they definitely had a % of the company (Optex) to sell to Arland if they wanted since they and Longview were the ones owed (debt holders owed).

So it makes complete sense to me that the Arland position (which used to be Alpha's debt owed position before Sept 2008) was in terms of OPXS shares since by end of 2009 it (shares interest representing the former debt) would have been in part represented per the Sustut merger like it was for Longview.

How do U think Longview got their shares in the 2009 annual? They didn't appear from thin air like U seem to imply happened to Arland, they got them basically same way Arland did- thru debt interest in my opinion.

All IMO only.
