The terms of the offering will be known soon, either tomorrow or Monday. I think they can raise $25M max this time. That’s just four months of the current cash burn. Would not resolve the cash issue long term. Just a bridge to some deal or partnership. Curious what they have in mind. I believe new CEO will be announced pretty soon. Lombardo did his dirty job, he is done.
Hope the offering ends up in a single fund. Maybe even Adage. If not CVI type hedge fund then we’ll go up from here very soon.
Very interesting and trying few days or weeks.
