I THINK I SEE HOW ITS DONE BY MRKL ...ITS 1 SHARE OF TCNH FOR EVERY 194 OF MRKL SHARES, IF MRKL IS AT .009 X 194 = 1.75 .....THE CURRENT PRICE FOR TCNH. I DONT THINK YOU WILL SEE TCNH GOING DOWN TO A PENNEY STOCK OR MRKL UP TO A DOLLOR ANYTIME SOON.
