Look at the data in your post and now put yourself in the shoes of the Otezla product manager:

Are you thinking (1) No problem, I am sure increasing the dosage by 50 and 100% and increasing the severity of the psoriasis condition will have no effect on Prurisol showing any better results, or (2) is he/she thinking Holy Hell, our market share could be danged near wiped out if Prurisol improves like all factors would seem to indicate is going to happen, especially since it's safety profile is so much better than ours? Same could be said of the biologic product managers.

I found in business after representing many fine engineered product manufacturers that what from the inside looking out seems like we have many, many weaknesses to those competitors on the outside looking in they are seeing an implacable force threatening their products in their entirety.

I like the side I am on in this battle!!
