if you intend to publish a 10K for the full year by end of March (90 days) you do not have to file a separate 10Q for 4th quarter.

its a great way to hide a bad 4Q as you never separate it out of the annual numbers!

hardly any OTC company files a $q 10Q although one did just file their year end by the Feb 15th date (I suspect by mistake)!
