2.5 tril. docs is still a lot of records(?). The case against MECINCORP looks blatantly like a fishing expedition. Counsel knows(?) what the one fellow claims to know nothing about(?). My own recollection is that in the past, Opposing counsel got their stuff from IHUB posts. Likely the judge has been so apprised, if it was put into discovery, especially. All he had to do was look and see(?), and maybe did(?).
When it does come to any actual fishing: Likely there are entire schools, maybe pods--not to mention whatever fish do in water(?). Likely there are substantial and related materials, just bearing on any alleged showcase documents. MECINCORP is shown to have counsel, anyone should notice.
