Here is what happen to ADXS.

Adage & Dan & BOD had some dirty deal originally. Some reasons BOD fired the Dan and the Adage demand Dan O's promise.

After BOD refused, Adage began PPS down to current level.
Finally Tony gave up and dilute to give Adage short to cover.
