I spoke with CEO Donald E Quaterman Jr earlier today. This is not a shell. This is a company that is 2 years behind in filings. When he became the new CEO he paid up 40K in debts but also said that every time he turns around there is another debt to be paid. He said he sees a potential in the company and will try to update us within 30 days.
