On February 13, 2018, Jennifer Stephens, the Acting Chief Financial Officer of International Stem Cell Corporation (the “Company”), submitted her resignation, to be effective on March 14, 2018. The Company is evaluating alternatives for persons to serve as principal financial officer following Ms. Stephens’ departure.
