I take this as it is most probable Trumpf is our "unnamed European OEM partner".

I think it is probable they are looking for an inspection software since they have no evidence of having their own developed.

I think it is probable they may incorporate pr3d on machines including the 1k, 3k, and 5k, even though they are already released, believe it or not, they are still making and selling new ones lol.

And also, as previously stated throughout the industry, many current printers are designed and used at prototyping and R&D.

The few companies in production, are all investigating in process quality monitoring techniques.

PR3D is a great product.

Long way to go for the industry yet, but as standards continue to be pushed by those entering mass production, as discussed by the FAA and FDA, an in process quality monitoring technique would be the most efficient and create verified data.
