They voted and approved the R/S last Sept. Not only that but no future voting will occur till next Sept as Insiders voted yes to allowing them to do whatever is necessary without any further votes from common shares.

The deck was stacked in voting anyway. Insiders had overwhelming voting power. They had over 3 billion in voting power.....

How can shareholders even consider they have a voice when the A/S is 990 million......IMHO
