To be honest, it really doesn't mean anything.

The questions are:

1) Does MCIG have a California City Land Use Permit for marijuana production?

2) Does MCIG have a California City Land Use Perimit for marijuana cultivation

3) Does MCIG have a property tax bill for California City real estate/property? (which would indicate they actually secured land in California City)

"Help local community with new jobs" could merely be diverting business entities to MCIG's staffing department/Kressa....
