Out of curiosity, what more would you like to here fro the company? They included the debt settlement in their filings and have but out numerous communiques in the past 6 months.

I spoke with the man a few times as many here have and the one thing we can all agree on is that hes been consistent with telling all of us the same thing about news. He is not going to put out news weekly or monthly just so flippers can trade on it. He said news will come out when its time to and relevant. Pink sheet companys put news out all the time because thats what they trade on.

NYSE companies put out news when its appropriate to do so and when timing is right. Also, NYSE companies also pay debt down with discounted stock so they dont decapitalize the companys cash position. It may sting a little in the beginning but in the end the company is healthier and more viable as a result.

Also, there is NO way that the company is "diluting" or "dumping" 15M shares everyday for many reasons too numerous to itemize here. Its simply not possible.

Keep in mind, In order for here to be selling there has to be buying.
