What are possible reasons that the financials have been delayed?
My theory:
Taub is suing for fraud, the judge has not yet ruled on the case.likely there is information in the filing that Taub can use against like questionable accounting practices. ARYC does not want this published yet. Once the case closes it will be more difficult for Taub to reopen. ARYC management believes that the judge will close the fraud case soon that's why they have been saying soon...You can't put out an 8k about this...
