The following: is a synapses of some information to help folks get up to speed on what STSC is. Anything that's not an obvious fact ... is in turn my humble opinion. 


On November 2, 2017, Norris R. Harris, STSC's controlling shareholder, sold and assigned all 100 shares of Series A Preferred Stock (the “Control Stock”) of Start Scientific, Inc. (the “Company”) to OmniElite Holdings LLC (“OmniElite”), and OmniElite’s controlling shareholder STEVEN LAWRENCE BRICKNER for $35,000. The Control Stock is not convertible into common stock but collectively hold 1,000,000,000 voting rights, which amount represents 75.60% of the vote. The Control Stock is entitled to vote together with holders of common stock on all such matters upon which common stockholders may vote. As a result, Mr. Brickner and OmniElite now hold a controlling beneficial interest in the Company and may unilaterally determine the election of the Board and other substantive matters requiring approval of the Company’s stockholders.

Is this a "SHELL COMPANY" ???? What is a SHELL COMPANY ???? 

Definition of a SHELL COM·PA·NY 
an inactive company used as a vehicle for various financial maneuvers or kept dormant for future use in some other capacity. 

Why did OmniElite Holdings LLC acquire such a large stake in a company who's stock price is worth virtually nothing ? 

Does OmniElite want to execute a REVERSE MERGER ? 

FACT: 
Thus far, only the management of OmniElite can answer these questions 100% truthfully. 

What's a REVERSE MERGER ? 
Definition: A reverse takeover or reverse merger takeover (reverse IPO) is the acquisition of a public company by a private company so that the private company can bypass the lengthy and complex process of going public. The transaction typically requires reorganization of capitalization of the acquiring company. 

This could provide a fast vehicle for OEH to have access to the public financial markets. This thrusting of OEH into the limelight could prove to be a very beneficial corporate move. Investors would have a lot to gain from such a move. This is speculative and forward looking in nature, but OEH seems to be on the right path through their recent fillings. 

What do we know for sure .... ???? 
Prior to the sale, Start Scientific was behind on making information available to the public through standard filling practices. 
After the sale however, OmniElite/STSC has filed the following:

What does DILUTION mean in reference to stocks ???? 
Dilution can occur when holders of stock options, such as company employees, or holders of other optionable securities exercise their options. When the number of shares outstanding increases, each existing stockholder owns a smaller, or diluted, percentage of the company, making each share less valuable.

What does O/S stand for ???? 
NThis is the number of outstanding shares. For example, if a company has 1,000 shares of stock outstanding and one person owns 100 shares, that person would own and have claim to 10% of the company's assets. There are 745,024,353 O/S.

What's a transfer agent ???? 
Transfer agents keep records of who owns a company's stocks 
and bonds and how those stocks and bonds are held — whether by the owner in certificate form, by the company in book-entry form, or by the investor's brokerage firm in street name.
