Sold off 1.7% is entirely reasonable given he already went from 8+% to 6.7% in short order (few weeks). He would only have to be 1.7% lower, not sell the entire position.

I suppose the company could have put them in if they chose to but not required as far as I see.

I have a question... With your lines of thinking, what's your point? Are you trying to say the company is in some kind of conspiracy to issue a ton of illegal shares and drive the price to near zero?
