OK, here we go. I just got off the line with TD Ameritrade. They said they have the Legay Paperwork confirmed by the TA Jason.
They are sending him the paperwork to sign off on the release of the stock. They are sending it to him tonight. They should receive it back in a few days. Once they receive it back it will take anywhere from two (2) to three (3) weeks before the stock will be totally released from restrictions and Abel to be traded freely. Also he stated since this is a blanket release and legal opinion, and the TA is signed off on it no 144 has to be done./b]
