Not sure how anyone got the restriction lifted. Here’s what my broker said
Hi Mike,

I heard back from my reorg team around the restriction. Please see their response below:

The clients’ shares are held as a physical cert and there’s still a restriction at DTC for any physical cert deposits.
Unfortunately, at this time we’re unable to deposit the shares if DTC restricts deposits.
