Not quite true there. NH said that if a reformulation did not show significant progress that he would appeal to the FDA at the highest level for a labeling claim. That may not be needed now.

Also IF a renewed testing of SequestOx shows similar results to the pilot study recently done and is acceptable to the FDA Elite will want to get a marketed product out there to show proof of concept.
Once a marketed product is out there the ADF price tag goes up exponentially.
