In reality the PR ....


was effective. It has firmed up this trading range. You may not see it so to speak but the more experienced investors know exactly what I mean.

PPS taking off is not the only positive from a PR. I would even call todays PR a perfect SETUP PR.

Firm the base even more in preparation for the next uptick.
