Actually, the ruling on the case had zero to do with the real estate or any representation by the auditors...the judge ruled that Ken was not able to bring suit against them because he had no standing to sue.
We will never see audited financials again, so there won't be any audited financials going forward that show the real estate.
It is irrelevant anyway, because auditors do not determine the ownership of real estate. A very easy concept that some are having a hard time comprehending.
