Where is said real estate accounted for? What auditor? What company accounting? This has been run into the ground, and in fact a judge just threw out Charlie A’s attempt to bring the fictional company real estate into his case. Maciora lost his ass with his case against the auditors in Washington where the auditors again said their accounting was true and accurate. No company real estate to be found. So again? Where does this exist anywhere outside of funny looking online documents littered with misspellings and incorrect parcel numbers ? In the most recent attempt in the Charlie A case,It was tossed as irrelevant since no auditor ever has said the company has any real estate holdings. I will stick to facts as presented by auditors who have testified in court that their accounting is true. Ed's personal investments, be what they are if any, would appear to be just that, personal investments. Thanks for your opinion though.
