I can’t figure out how they can still be listed as a real stock don’t they have to file taxes, file something with the stock exchange, or any paper trail of something? There has been no news at all for many years, if they are no longer a real company why are they listed as a pink sheet stock that can be traded? I don’t understand how there can be no news on them. Can someone enlighten me on this? It just doesn’t make any sense to me, if there defunct they should be taken off of the board.
