If the third party is Scott Shaffer (aka the Pondering Primate), this is huge. Many on this board have speculated over the past few months that there has been some bad blood between the Pondering Primate and Neomedia to explain why he has completely ignored the company on his website (or on occassion taken some subtle swipes at it). Apparently they were right. It also seriously undermines TS's "due diligence" regarding Neomedia if all of his information has been coming from SS. This is a VERY serious allegation for Neomedia to be making publicly, and I just cannot believe that they would make it unless they were prepared to take further action (i.e. legal proceedings). I just hope this does not slow them down from achieving their prime objective this year-launching Qode and getting it used by the public at large.
