The Company plans to release 2018 revenue guidance in the near future, as well as discuss improving share structure for shareholders.



a RS is not an improvement for shareholders if you still have convertible debt after a RS. SO i dont believe Tom would do one per his statement above. Also, Tom has let the shareholders know plenty of times the direction moving forward doesn't contain a RS.
