“BVTK has real revenue” Like you say that remains to be seen and if the “revenue” is derivative liabilities reduction well that’s just a nice camouflaged way of reporting that you diluted the hell out of your faithful shareholders.

Honesty many here agree that this was always a race between revenue recognition and a reverse split. Once this CEO delayed reporting everyone should have known the race was over and the RS won.
