Considering a buyback is not an option for the company, why is it not reasonable to suspect he may start to lay the groundwork for an RS?

For example...throw out the idea of going to QB. They are an SEC filer.

But they need a min bid of 0.01...so perhaps a small 1 for 10 or 1 for 20 RS gets them there.

..and presto he has wiped a zero off the share structure and created the room he needs for new debt conversions and the Helpcom preferred conversions and gives his "investors" the carrot of uplisting to OTCQB.

...and given OTC memories can be very short...all of his "no intention of doing an RS" talk will soon be forgotten...
