MAXM back on the board so here comes the hold.

IMO, it's always MAXM that either drives this down or keeps it down. CDEL is there as well but I believe to a lesser extent. (Side-note: My trades from TD occasionally show up as CDEL on Level II).

I believe that the organic growth will be virtually impossible until the likes of MAXM and the other 10k share-block sellers are finally done.
