Here is the issue with me. If JB never had the intent to drill but used that PR to get money to pay the claims that would be the problem. The only people who have the right to be mad are the ones who bought the PP's. If the only way to keep the doors open is to lie to the investors than the company should be sold or close the doors. By JB doing things like he has gives the impression that this a scam and you cannot trust anything he says. That could be why nobody wants to work with him.
